Planning That Protects Your Investment
Loft Construction is dedicated to design fidelity and carefully manages the pre-construction process. Architectural, design and engineering plan sets often have inconsistencies. Loft Construction has an extensive pre-construction process for evaluating and understanding plan sets in order to avoid complications during the construction phase.
When renovating older buildings, there are often hidden problems buried within the structure. By working with a close-knit team of subcontractors Loft Construction is able to carefully examine each trade’s needs for a given project and avoid cost over runs and delays. The integrated pre-construction process ensures a careful analysis of both the plan sets and the existing structure.
